Oles Engineering Corporation have been in the site development business since 1977, founded by Mike Oles Jr. With a complete company emphasis on customer satisfaction from the project manager, estimating department, and site supervision. With our experienced personnel we have no problems with schedule sensitive projects. We do total site development on commercial, industrial and residential projects.
Oles Engineering Corp. owns over 200 pieces of equipment. We are able to handle any size project from small retail to mega warehouses. We own all of our equipment allowing us to meet the needs of today's schedule intensive projects. We have laser and GPS equipment allowing us to expedite projects.
All of our work crews are OSHA 10-hour certified and all crew leaders and management are OSHA competent person certified.
For the last 40 years we have put together a TEAM to help our customers meet their goals.

Scope includes ; Lay-out ,  Excavation & Placement of Concrete Foundations , install rebar , set bolts , grout plates . Excavation & placement of Loading Docks & Walls  . Form , prep and compact underslab fill , & pour Slabs .

AGGREGATES & TOPSOIL

Services includes : Tri-axle Dump Trucks , Approved clean Fill Site ,  Portable Crusher , Crushed Stone delivered , Pulverized Topsoil Delivered .

DIRECTIONAL BORING

We own our own boring machine and can install conduit & pipe from 1" to 48"
